You’ll find everything from brand-new pieces sourced directly from trusted producers and well-known brands, to rare, vintage, and deadstock treasures discovered at local thrift stores, estate sales, and online liquidations.
We believe in circular fashion - the idea that every garment deserves another chance to shine. By rehoming pieces that might otherwise go to waste, we help reduce fashion waste and give our customers the joy of owning something truly special.

Where do your products come from?
Our items come from a variety of sources: directly from reputable lingerie brands, fashion liquidations, online distributors, local thrift and vintage shops, and sometimes even estate sales. Every piece is carefully inspected and selected for quality, comfort, and style.
Do you sell both new and pre-loved items?
Yes! While most of our items are brand new, we also offer a selection of vintage pieces and gently pre-owned garments that are not produced anymore/discontinued. Each listing clearly states the item’s condition so you always know what you’re getting.
Is Space Kitten Boutique inclusive?
Absolutely. We believe beauty has no limits; our store is for everyone. We aim to carry pieces that suit all body types, genders, and budgets, so that anyone can find lingerie that makes them feel amazing.
Do you sanitize or clean pre-owned items?
Yes. Every pre-owned item goes through a cleaning and sanitizing process before it’s made available for sale. Your comfort and safety come first.

Do you offer discreet shipping or billing?
Yes. We understand privacy matters. All packages are shipped in plain packaging, and billing is done under a discreet business name.

🚀 What is your Shipping Policy?
We ship all orders directly from Texas, USA. We do not dropship; every item listed on our website is physically in stock and ready to ship from our location.
Orders are shipped Monday, Wednesday, and Friday after 2 PM CST. Weekend shipping may occasionally occur, but it is not guaranteed. Orders placed after our shipping cutoff will go out on the next scheduled shipping day.
Within the United States, we primarily ship with USPS but can also accommodate UPS. For international customers, we offer USPS, UPS, and DHL Express. At checkout, you’ll see a variety of shipping options - choose the one that best fits your needs for speed and cost.
Orders will be shipped to the exact address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details to avoid delays or undeliverable packages.
A tracking number will be provided with every order so you can follow your package’s progress.
Once your order is scanned into the carrier’s system, transit times are outside of our control. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misdelivered by the carrier. If you run into any delivery issues, please start by checking your tracking information. If further help is needed, reach out to us - we’ll be glad to assist in contacting the carrier and investigating locally.

At Space Kitten Boutique, we want you to love every item you receive. If something isn’t right, please review our return guidelines below.
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date only in the following cases:
- The item has a fabrication defect, or
- The wrong item was shipped.
Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags and packaging intact. Items marked “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange. Any merchandise returned that does not meet these requirements will not be refunded, will not be returned to the sender, and will be disposed of on site.
Please note:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Before sending anything back, please contact us at spacekittenboutique@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization. Items sent without prior authorization may experience delayed processing or may be deemed ineligible for return.
